Kelli MooreChief Marketing OfficerBe the Mustard Tree is a reference to Luke 13:18-19. Jesus is trying to describe the Kingdom of God, this place where the God's beauty and reign touches with the Earth where we live. Jesus describes it as a tree that birds come to nest in. We believe that as the Body of Christ, it's on us to reflect God's kingdom out into the world. We should be like this tree, that is a welcoming and safe haven for the vulnerable. We should be so welcoming and so protecting, that the vulnerable, like birds, come and grow their families in our boughs. Go. Be the Mustard Tree. |
